An e-cigarette or a vape product is a kind of electronic device that heats up e-liquid or e-juice into vapor which could be inhaled. Usually, the vape device including 2 main parts which are battery and e-liquid tank.
Not exactly, e-liquid is a mixture of nicotine, flavoring elements, vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol and other chemicals, and the nicotine is not essential. Some e-liquids come in different nicotine strengths and many brands offer a 0mg option. The most common nicotine strength are 0mg, 3mg, 6mg and 12mg for sub-ohm vaping and 15mg, 20mg, 30mg, 50mg for nic salt pod vaping. With higher nicotine, you will get more nicotine each time when you are vaping. So please choose the right e-liquid for yourself according to your device and your preference.
Usually, there is not a set amount of time that any pod or coil will last. Things like power settings on your device and how often you vape will affect the life of your coil or pod.
No. Most devices from different manufacturers have specific coils/pods that need to be used. Using the incorrect coils/pods can cause issues with leaking as well as damaging the tank itself. Please check the statement of the coil/pod before using it into a specific tank.
First of all, you should know your purpose of vaping. If you would like to quit smoking by vaping, you can try vape pens or pod systems, because they use higher nicotine e-liquid and easy to use. If you would like to enjoy the flavors and would like big clouds, you can try vape mod kits, they are for huge vapor production. If you don’t know how to make your decision, you can go to the best sellers in each category to know what other people are buying the most.
When you have received your device, we strongly suggest that you read the user manual of your device thoroughly to know exactly what the device can do and to avoid mishandling.

We have a processing time of 24-72 hours on all orders.
Yes. Please note that once a package has been delivered to the shipping forwarder, it is no longer the responsibility of Dreamvape as many forwarders will open and repackage your order.
For free shipping, we are using Postal Parcel which may cost about 2 weeks to arrive. If you would like to receive your order faster, you can choose DHL, FedEx or UPS when placing your order.
Please be aware of your own counties importation laws prior to placing orders. Please contact your country's customs agency if your customs hold your order. Dreamvaping is not responsible for any duties or taxes due at customs. If your package is seized by customs due to your country’s importation laws, Dreamvaping will not be held responsible.
Please contact us and we will help with to reach out to the shipping carrier to file a claim once the package has exceeded its shipping time frame. If the package has been confirmed to be lost, we will refund 100% and offer a special discount on your next order.

Order and Return
We do have a 60-day return policy. Please email us regarding any issues you may be having. We highly recommend you to read the product manual before using any vape device to know all supported function and avoid misoperation. The non-quality problems caused by improper usage are not covered by the warranty policy.
We will need a video showing the problem. This is to help us best see and understand the issue you are having. We are also able to speed up parts of the return processing if you have provided us with a video so that we may issue you a refund, replacement or store credit sooner.
No. When an item is found to be defective on a kit, the entire kit needs to be returned, all accessories included. Returning only part of your kit can result in a decline of your return.
Sorry, we do not hold items. We do offer pre-sale but we can’t promise the actual ship date of pre-sale items because the manufacturer may change the shipping date.
If the order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel it and place a new order, and the payment will be refunded in 48 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, we are sorry we can not change anything about it.
