We offer a 60-day return policy.
Please contact our customer support by email firstname.lastname@example.org for a return request. To speed up the process, please kindly provide as many details as you can, including order number, name, deliver address, phone number and the reason for the return. Any refund or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. You may need to send a video of damaged or defective product before sending the items back because a video can help us to confirm the problem faster. Please note that non-quality problems caused by improper usage are not covered by return policy.
Please note consumable items cannot be returned. Consumable items include, but are not limited to: e-liquids, coils/pods, cartridges, batteries and other disposable items. Any item deemed consumable is non-refundable.
You will be responsible for shipping charges for non-defective returns. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. If the original shipping was free, our cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refunded amount.
A 20% return processing fee may be applied if:
- Return items are opened and/or non-defective.
- Return items show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect.
- Return items that are not cleaned and emptied before sending back.
Promotional Term & Conditions:
If the promotional item is deemed defective, refund will be the only option. Promotional items will not be replaced. If other items from a promotional sale order are returned, the promotional item must be returned. If the promotional item is not returned, the non-promotional price of the item will be deducted from your compensation.
If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 20% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.
